The ProMinent drinking water injection valve was specially developed for applications in drinking water. It is the only injection valve that meets the strict assessment criteria of the German Federal Environment Agency and has already been registered for patent.
The product is designed in such a way that no microorganisms can form in inadmissible concentrations and no substances harmful to health can get into the water.
It can be used with all ProMinent metering pumps and for all common dosing media such as phosphate, silicate, chlorine, pH correction or flocculants.
WRAS and German Drinking Water Directive are equivelent regulations and standards that are directly applicable to water treatment equipment and their installation within UK and Europe.
