Send RequestWhen your ProMinent product isn’t working quite right, and you have contingency to continue your process without it, this service will allow you to return the problem product to our UK base for investigation. Our highly trained technicians will check and test the product, before contacting you regarding the best course of action to get you back up and running as quicky as possible.
Important: When you send in a product for investigation, it should be thoroughly cleaned and effectively packaged for safe transportation, chemical safety data sheets (relating to the processing medium used) and the fully completed Declaration of Decontamination must be attached to the outside of the package. Processing cannot take place without these conditions. Untreated parts are returned freight forward to the sender in compliance with the transport regulations for dangerous goods. This is the only way to protect people and the environment.
