gamma/ XL – large output, great features
Like the rest of the intelligent ProMinent product portfolio, the gamma/ XL solenoid-driven diaphragm metering pump is operated via a click-wheel and 4 additional control buttons. The dosing pump detects air and pressure in the dosing head, which greatly increases operational reliability and accuracy. In addition, it has bus interfaces and can be networked with all common systems, devices and platforms.
The gamma/ XL stands out from the gamma/ X with a logbook that records the last 300 events and 3 configurable inputs and outputs.

Properties
- Simple and fine adjustment of the litre output in automatic mode. Can be adjusted down to a few ml/h. Alternatively, the pump can also be operated in automatic "OFF" mode via stroke length and stroke frequency.
- Batch operation with max. 99.99 l or 99. 999 strokes/start pulse
- Connection for 2-stage level switch
- 3 additional ports, switchable as digital inputs or outputs
- Available material combinations PP, PVDF, acrylic glass, PTFE and stainless steel
- Special dosing head designs for outgassing and higher viscosity media
- Integrated 1-week/ 1-month timer
- Optional with Profibus®, Profinet, Modbus RTU and CANopen available
- Optional 0/4- 20 mA output for remote transmission of actual dosing capacity and error messages
- Optional relay module with 1 x change-over contact, 230 V - 8 A
- Optional relay module with 2 x on, 24 V - 100 mA
